Yesterday, I saw a quote beautifully written on a window in an office building. Well, actually - it was a picture of a quote beautifully written on a window in an office building...and I saw it on Linkedin.

It was a real scroll-stopper, causing me to look up from my screen and re-evaluate my priorities and mindset for this week.

I would totally share the picture with you folks because the handwriting really is tip-top, but I do not know where it came from and don't want to share anything without giving credit!

What makes you come alive? What gives you happiness? Do more of that!

This might seem too simple, but it could change your life. Concentrate on what gives you a spark, be that creating, exercising, cooking, or taking a walk in the sunshine.

After all, we only have one life - and it's chaotic. It's often very, very hard. So why not do more of what makes us feel like we are actually living?

This post is short, and I hope you are all well. I have been daydreaming of fall all morning, the sleepy swirl of rusted leaves and the steam of hot tea on my face. And those fantasies will take me through the rest of the afternoon.
